Mind Map Online is built and maintained by one developer, so every message is read by a person rather than a support queue. Whether you found a bug, want a feature, or want to use the tool with a class or a team, write to us and we will get back to you.
We aim to reply within a few business days. Including the details below usually gets you a complete answer in one reply instead of three.
Reporting a bug
- What you did, and what you expected to happen instead.
- The browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone).
- Whether it happens on a brand-new map or only on one you had saved before.
- A screenshot if the problem is visual — it saves a lot of back and forth.
Feature requests
The roadmap is shaped by what people actually ask for. Describe the task you are trying to finish rather than the feature you have in mind — knowing the goal often suggests a simpler solution than the one either of us started with.
Classrooms, teams and partnerships
Using Mind Map Online in a classroom, a workshop, or inside a company? Tell us roughly how many people and what you need. We are happy to talk about bulk licensing, custom template sets, or a branded export for your organisation.
Privacy requests
Your maps are stored in your own browser, so in most cases there is nothing on our side to delete or export. If you have a privacy question anyway, put “Privacy” in the subject line and we will treat it as a priority.
